White/Wheat Bread
2 LB Loaf
Place ingredients in the order your bread machine requires. Use the
Basic Bread Mode.

1/2 oz. distilled water
2 Tbs unsalted real butter
3 heaping tablespoons of organic vital wheat gluten
3 cups Golden Grains Unbleached Flour
1/2 cup Golden Grains Whole Wheat Flour or Your Daily Bread Mix
2 tsps Ocean Grains Sea Salt
2 Tbs Dry Powdered Milk
3 Tbs Cane Grains Natural Sugar
2 tsps (heaping) dry active yeast
*This bread makes great garlic bread!

Place ingredients in the order your bread machine requires. Use the

3 Tbs Cane Grains Natural Sugar or honey
2 cups Golden Grains Unbleached Flour
1 1/2 cups of Your Daily Bread Mix
3 heaping Tbls Organic Vital Wheat Gluten
1 Tbs Nature's Choice Vital Fiber - AM

tsp Ocean Grains Sea Salt
2 Tbs nonfat dry powdered milk
2 tsps (heaping) active dry yeast

Organic Pizza Dough
Put
all ingredients in the order specified in your bread machine guidelines.

1/2 cups warm distilled water
2T Olive Oil
3 1/2 cups of Golden Grains Unbleached Flour
3/4 cup of Golden Grains Whole Wheat Flour
2 1/2 -3 Tbs Wheat Gluten
2 t Ocean Grains Sea Salt
2 t Cane Grains Natural Sugar
2 t active yeast
Process ingredients on the dough cycle. Divide dough into four equal
balls, grease each ball in a bowl with olive oil or canola oil. Cover
with a clean dish towel and leave it on the counter or cover with cling
wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Roll
out each ball on a floured surface into a flat circle. Place on a greased
pizza pan or pizza stone and prick dough with a fork like you would
a pie crust.
Bake
crust for 8-12 minutes, depending on the size, in a preheated 450 degree
oven.
Let
cool, can freeze in a freezer ziplock bag at this time or add toppings
and cook for 10-12 minutes at 450.
If
frozen, let it thaw for at least 5 minutes, add toppings, and cook.
