Raisin Oatmeal Bread
2 LB Loaf
Place ingredients in the order your bread machine requires. Use the
Bake Raisin Mode.

oz. distilled water
3 cups Golden Grains Unbleached Flour
3/4 cup Organic Oats
2 Tbs Cane Grains Natural Sugar
1 1/2 tsps Ocean Grains Sea Salt
1 1/2 tsps organic cinnamon
2 Tbs unsalted real butter
4 Tbls organic wheat gluten
1/4 t organic nutmeg
1/4 t organic cloves
2 1/4 t active yeast
1/2 cup raisins
Blueberry
Muffins
1 egg
3/4 Cup Whole Milk
1/2 Cup Canola Oil
2 Cups Golden Grains Unbleached Flour (see flour variations below)
1/3 Cup Cane Grains Natural Sugar
3 tsps Baking Powder (aluminum free)
1 tsp Ocean Grains Sea Slat
1 Cup Fresh Blueberries or 3/4 Cup Frozen Blueberries, thawed and
well drained.
Heat
oven to 400 degrees. Beat egg, milk and oil. Stir in flour, sugar,
baking powder and sea salt, all at once. Beat just until moistened
(batter will be lumpy). Fold in blueberries. Pour into 12 greased
muffin cups until 3/4 full. Bake @ 400 degrees for 17 to 20 minutes.
Remove immediately from pans and cool on a wire rack.
YIELDS: 1 dozen Medium Muffins
Variations
on Flour: No matter the combination you choose to use it needs
to equal 2 Cups.
